What happens when a line manager does a keyword search for "senior manager" with an effective date of "January 15, 2011"?

Your name appears in the search result.

Your name appears twice in the search result.

Your name appears in the search result with the designation "Senior Manager".

Your name does not appear in the search result.

The correct answer reflects the system’s functionality in relation to the effective date and the context of the keyword search. When a line manager performs a keyword search for "senior manager" with an effective date of "January 15, 2011," the search results are based on the effective status of job titles and positions as of that date.

If the individual being searched did not hold the title of "Senior Manager" or did not have the role in place by that date, their name would not emerge in the search results. The effective date is crucial because the search is limited to data that was active and relevant at that particular moment in time. Therefore, if the historical data does not reflect the individual in the capacity of "Senior Manager" on or before January 15, 2011, their name will not appear, leading to the conclusion of non-inclusion in the search results.
